The singer, famous for songs such as Tik Tok and Die Young, has collaborated with HipDot to create the cruelty-free, vegan beauty collection. Though full details of the collection are yet to be released, Kesha did tease a ‘celestial-inspired’ eyeshadow palette containing 12 colours (£28), two double-ended liquid eyeliner pens (£22), and a lipstick and lip gloss duo with ‘colour-changing formula’ (£20).
In the announcement video posted on the singer’s instagram (see above), Kesha said “I think beauty is all about what’s inside your soul. I’m just an aura in a skin suit, but I do like to decorate it.”
“That’s what this makeup is about. Perfect is not real and normal is boring.”
This isn’t the first time the singer has spoken publicly shown her support for the cruelty-free movement. She was named The Humane Society’s first global ambassador in 2011, and in 2015 she took part in their #BeCrueltyFree campaign.
The Kesha Rose Beauty collection will be available from HipDot from December 3
